Recreational Padel Coach, Instructor - Level 1 and Professional - Level 2
- Complete a Padel Workshop: Those who complete the first course will become certified as a Recreational Padel Coach, a Padel Instructor, or a Padel Professional based on test scores.
- RSPA Equivalencies: The equivalent RSPA Instructor - Level 1 or Professional - Level 2 certification will be granted to those who earn a corresponding Padel certification.

- Apply: Earn Professional - Level 2 and Complete Required Courses
- Required Teaching:100 Hours
Master - Level 4
- Apply: Earn Elite- Level 3 and Complete Required Courses
- Required Teaching:500 Hours and serve as assistant to three Padel certification courses
- Required Experience: Run Padel club(s) for 2 years or more
