USPTA Names Rich Slivocka Master Professional at 2024 World Conference

LAKE NONA, Fla., Sept. 18, 2024The United States Professional Tennis Association, Inc. (USPTA) is proud to name Rich Slivocka of Cave Creek, AZ. (Southwest Division), a USPTA Master Professional.

Becoming a USPTA Master Professional is the highest rating achievable by a tennis professional. Qualified applicants must hold an Elite Professional rating for 10 years, complete the required number of education hours and fulfill a broad spectrum of industry service. The Master Professional Committee makes the final decision on the review of applicants.

Slivocka has been a member since 2001 and has served as the USPTA National Board President. He also served on the Executive Committee, National Awards Committee, the Missouri Valley Division as regional-vice president and president. Slivocka has been recognized as USPTA Missouri Valley Professional of the Year in 2014, USPTA Missouri Valley Player of the Year, 2013 and more. He is the director of racquet sports at Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, Arizona.
