The Racquet Sports Professionals Association and Racquet Sports Management Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Career and Travel Opportunities for Racquet Sports Professionals
The Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Racquet Sports Management (RSM), offering RSPA-certified professionals an unprecedented opportunity to travel the world while teaching racquet sports. Through this collaboration, members gain exclusive access to deeply discounted resort stays at premier all-inclusive destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Asia, and the South Pacific, including Fiji, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, and the Maldives.
A Luxury Vacation for a Fraction of the Cost
RSPA-certified tennis, pickleball, and soon padel instructors can secure a week-long stay at top-tier resorts, including accommodations, dining, and resort activities, by committing to just 10 hours of teaching per week. The estimated value of these trips ranges from $3,000 to $6,000, but through this exclusive program, instructors only pay for airfare and a low booking fee ranging from $500 to $1,200, depending on the resort and time of year. There is only one booking fee for each week that will provide all-inclusive stay for up to TWO adults and up to TWO children at family resorts. Children age restrictions vary by resort from under 17 to under 12. Please check each resort child policy via RSM/Teaching-Vacations . Additional guests and rooms are usually available at discount.
To book trips, all instructors must hold CURRENT certifications, and join the Travel Club ($95/yr). Instructors receive a FREE 30 day trial to check resort options and available dates. Most resorts are single week opportunities but instructors often string together several resorts for multi-week vacations, typically with single airfare to llocations such as Mexico, Jamaica and Dominican Republic which have high concentrations of resorts in the travel club.
This partnership also strengthens RSPA’s certification and career advancement programs, as RSM will promote RSPA membership and certification to its network of professionals and resort partners.
"We are constantly looking for ways to elevate the careers of our members, and this partnership with RSM is a game-changer," said Brian Dillman, CEO of the RSPA. "Not only does it open doors for instructors to gain global experience, but it also provides them with an incredible perk—luxury travel at a fraction of the cost."
"RSM is excited to bring this opportunity to RSPA professionals, who are among the best in the industry," said Whitney Kraft, Founder of RSM. "With the growing demand for racquet sports at resorts worldwide, this collaboration allows certified instructors to experience new cultures, connect with players across the globe, and enjoy first-class accommodations while doing what they love."
