Jim Stockwell Named RSPA Chief Service Officer

Lake Nona, Fla. (October 17, 2024) — The Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) is excited to formally announce the promotion of Jim Stockwell to Chief Service Officer from his prior position as director of membership.

In his new role, Jim will have oversight of the membership department and the information technology department. He has been with the RSPA for four years and is committed to the members who represent the RSPA because of their dedication to their careers. Jim plans to make improvements for the membership experience through the development of tools and processes so members can maximize their membership and their career.

Jim has been in the service industry for almost 20 years and for over 10 years of that time, he has served in wireless telecommunications and as general manager for Sprint Wireless before joining the RSPA. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and plays tennis, pickleball and padel in his free time.
