ATTENTION USPTA Tennis Professionals!

Playtennis.com is the new USTA/TIA-sponsored industry website for frequent players. It is a portal for tennis players with a social media component. It will allow frequent players to search for teaching professionals, facilities, programs and partners.

As a tennis-teaching professional, this new industry website allows you to interact and connect with the vast market of frequent players.  It gives players the opportunity to find you, your facility and your programs. The tennis public can rate their experiences at a facility or with a tennis-teaching pro and provide comments and feedback.

This site is looking to provide information to players/consumers on active tennis-teaching professionals. Teaching professionals who are currently teaching the general public, and are looking to grow their lesson base, and whose facilities allow them to teach nonmembers will benefit by enrolling with playtennis.com.  If you qualify as an active tennis-teaching pro and want to participate by providing your  and your facility’s information to Playtennis.com, follow the link below to:

• Register and create your searchable profile
• Determine how much information to provide on yourself, your facility and your programs
• Decide if you want to enable consumers to rate you  and your programs, and provide comments
• Update your contact information as necessary
• Decide to opt out at any time (at which time you will be able to deactivate your profile)
