Terms & conditions: Entrant must be at least 18 years of age and must be a legal resident of the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Void where prohibited by law. By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entrant’s e-mail address is required to be eligible to win prizes. The sweepstakes period runs from 12:01 a.m. ET on July 11, 2006, until 11:59 p.m. ET on July 21, 2006. Winner will be selected at random among all eligible entries received by a random drawing conducted by the USPTA, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Winner will receive a prize notification to the winner’s e-mail address and a request for a shipping address for sending the prize by Aug. 10, 2006. If the USPTA does not receive a response back from the winner within a seven-day deadline from when the e-mail was sent, then an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the other eligible entries received. The USPTA is not responsible for e-mail notifications not received by the winner or reply e-mails not received by the USPTA.
