Jim Stockwell brings over 20 years of experience in the service industry, with over a decade dedicated to wireless telecommunications. He previously served as General Manager for Sprint Wireless before joining the RSPA. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). As Chief Service Officer, Jim oversees the Membership and Information Technology departments, focusing on delivering value to RSPA members. He is passionate about supporting members in their professional journeys and is dedicated to enhancing the membership experience through innovative tools and processes that maximize both membership benefits and career development. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time outdoors with his family along with playing tennis, pickleball, and padel.
