Did you know the USPTA has not had a super senior championship since James Ridley won the 70s in 2013? And no one has ever run a 150-and-over doubles tournament – until now.

The USPTA Senior Red Clay Championships will be held Sept. 6-9 at The Sedgewood Club in Carmel, N.Y. Divisions planned are Men’s 70, 75, 80, and 85 singles and 150-and-over doubles. Sedgewood will host a player reception on Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 4:30 p.m.

Players must be USPTA Professional-level members in good standing and in the appropriate age category. Contact Peter Fiore at 914-490-9048 to register or for more information.

Member benefit – US Open Series

USPTA Professional-level member in good standing may attend any Emirates Airline US Open Series tournament (except Canada) and get access to the tournament grounds on designated sessions at no charge. Upcoming tournaments:

BB&T Atlanta Open
July 30 – Aug. 7 Atlanta
One complimentary ticket to Sessions 1-5, Monday through Friday, Aug. 1-5, while supplies last. Must present current USPTA membership card and ID at the BB&T Atlanta Open Box Office. Tickets will only be given to USPTA members on the day they are on site.  

Western & Southern Open
Aug. 13 – 21 Cincinnati
One session ticket or grounds pass per member for each session of the tournament, depending on availability at discretion of tournament. Must pick up at Will Call at North entrance on day of event only.
