• Q3. What are the dates/times of the trade show?

• A3. Friday, May 31, 2023, 5:15 pm – 7:15 pm.

   

• Q4. How do I reserve my resort room?

• Q5. Is there internet and power provided?

• Q6. What are the table dimensions?

• A6. 6 feet x 30 inches, with 2 chairs and linens complimentary.

   

• Q7. How soon can we set up our table?

• A7. Set up can begin on the 31^st as early as 12:00 pm.

   

• Q8. When do we have to have everything broken down?

• A8. Please have your breakdown completed no later than 10:00 pm.

   

• Q9. What is the best address to ship product/equipment to?

• A9. RECEIVING and SHIPPING

All incoming packages/boxes are subject to a $25.00 per package handling fee.

Pallets charged at a rate of $250.00 each.

All charges billed directly to your guest room.
